Kudos to CoachNet!

Left the Rally Tuesday @ 10:30AM going to Ozark, MO and made it almost to MO, but had to fuel up in southern IL. Stopped at the cheapest place according to GasBuddy and must have picked up a nail in the Monty's rear curbside tire there. Noticed it going down in the mirror, pulled into a rest area in MO, and called CoachNet. After the usual back & forth with the rep about where we actually were, less than an hour later a tow truck showed up. He found the nail, plugged the tire, and we were back on our way in an hour and a half - no charge! That one service call was most likely worth the fee I paid for the year!

I have used Coach Net once and got very good service. Good eye to spot tire going down. Tire Monitors will tell me if a tire is down 10 PSI from set pressure--just a recommendation for future travels or maybe you have them and it helped.

We have Coach-net also. Have never had to use them but good to hear everyone is getting good service from them.
I did have to have my truck towed in a couple weeks ago. Still under warranty so called Ford ERS. Turns out (according to my manual) that they use Coach-net as their ERS provider.

we have had about every road service out there including Coachnet and got good service from all of them. We change every couple of years or so when we see a good offer from a service. We are on GS now.
