Bummed. SOB just added the one thing I wanted
Just got my dream 3625re added mor-ryde suspension and disc brakes. Unit is great. However can't figure a way to take my motorcycle with me. Now lifestyle RV figured it out. Check out the 3905sh, has a side loading area with auto ramp. Build it keystone and I'll trade up.......

Wow that would be a lot of weight on one slide putting a Harley,Gold Wing etc...we talking what?? 8-9 hundred lbs YIKES! Not sure about that Idea let Lifestyles/Evergreen be the Guinea pigs on that and see how it holds up over time

My Goldwing weighed more than that. Really miss that bike, but I'm with the others and we'll see how they last. I'm sure they'll sell a bunch so the jury should return in a year or two.

I agree that slide will be a nightmare with that much weight hanging out there. Plus you know you won't just put the bike in there. Little by little it will get cluttered with other stuff as well. Here's a way we can take our motorcycles, golf carts or ATV's with us behind our 5th wheels and you can back up without having to disconnet it.

Nice idea but like the rest of you noted weight distribution looks problematic plus would not want to drive the bike up the ramp into that narrow door way. The SOB Redwood is better with the garage on the back end.

Agree also. Something about loading 800-1000 lbs over one side's wheels without counter balance on the other side just doesn't seem like a good idea.

You have to remember, that if you add more weight to the coach, you have to have the properly weight rated tires. You don't want to create a new China bomb. Just a thought.

We saw it at the Hersey RV show. It was pretty neat. You don't drive it up it has an automatic lift that takes it up and in. The price tag on the unit was around $100,000.

It comes with G614's standard or you can get the optional 17.5 inch tires and wheels....Dang I need to hit that lottery......who am I kidding, if I hit I'm buyin a Prevost lol lol lol

An automatic lift ON a slidout [  ]? Nah..I can't think of any problems at all that you could possibly have with that design  . I'd give it a couple of model years to see how it works out before laying out that amount of cash on a new design.

Just curious - on the cruiser lift swivel wheel - what happens when the back of the fiver goes up and down? Wouldn't that put an awful lot of strain on the hitch/frame?

I was curious also so I called them and asked. They said no it will not because it's a 2 piece system. You have the hitch that you install into your receiver on the back of the fith wheel. Then the swivel wheel is attached to the hitch with pins that allow it to pivit up and down. If you go to the website you can see pictures of the different hitches.

So I tweeted Keystone and they tweeted back that Montana will be offering a rear garage model which will be similar to the one they show in the Alpine line called 3900RG. They did not mention anything about the side loading slide but I am sure that will be out there soon. This does show Keystone recognizes that there are a lot of active folks out there with lots of toys! They have to keep up with other major SOB's.
