Last summer I called the Keystone customer service number, (866) 425-4369, and explained to the person that answered that I had peeling decals on my 2007 Montana. She transferred me to another person, male, whom I cannot remember the name and cannot find the subsequent e-mails.
I explained that my decals were peeling. He said I needed to contact my dealer. I said I had read numerous times on MOC that Keystone had supplied new decals free for the end user to install himself, or have installed at his expense. Mentioning MOC seemed to get his attention.
He then told me to take a picture of my peeling decals and e-mail them to him and he would e-mail me detailed diagrams of the Montana decals showing each separate decal part number. I was to use that to send him the specific part number of the individual decals I needed. I did and soon received another e-mail saying he had turned the info over to "processing". I did not hear anything else from him, but the decals did show up on my door step about 6 weeks later.
