Just brought home the "new" Montana!

Yep, came home today with our "new to us" 2011 Montana 3580! We drove 400 miles yesterday and spent the night in a motel, did the walk through/inspection early this morning and drove back today!
All in all, a great buying experience, a fantastic deal on a great trailer!
Really looking forward to our first outing with it (this trip really doesn't count!)
Truck pulled it just great, and the trip through the desert (105 degrees) was without problems. Trans temp climbed to about 195 for a spell, but not too surprising considering.
I was glad to have the TST 507 TPMS installed on the truck and trailer...worked great!
Now it's time to start adding some new "features" (aka accessories).
Gonna be looking for a mattress topper for the RV king it came with. Any recommendations? Do any come with the matching radius corner like the mattress?
Also want to replace the two recliners...they're OK, but we want to choose our own. Again, any recommendations for a decent swivel, rocking recliner that isn't too wide?
Here is a couple of lousy pics from a rest stop in the desert...more to come!

We purchased a memory foam topper from Sam's for under $100 and have been very happy with it. Sorry, can't give any recommendations on furniture. Enjoy your new purchase!

We replaced our factory recliners with Lazy Boy Pinnacles in leather. Fit space and work great.

Congrats! Your new Montana looks to be in great shape with a few mods already done to it from the looks of the outside. Enjoy!

Congratulations on your new rig. We also replaced our factory recliners with Lazy Boys.

Congrats! I can recommend not buying the 3in topper from Walmart. I had it for about a month, my back started hurting so bad I threw it away. Took a week to get back to normal. Guessing it wasn't dense enough for my 230lbs. I used a knife to make mine a radius corner.

We replaced our recliners with Euro Recliners. Not the most comfortable chairs i've owned (arms are too low) but now we can turn around and enjoy the scenery out the big window.

Congrats, I know you've worked on this awhile. We switched to a Denver Mattress Madison Innerspring Eurotop and love it. It's our second one - had a queen in the old Big Sky. Come to the fall rally and look for furniture there as another option. Then you can hit the Rocky Mountain Rally on the way.

We second the memory foam toppers. We got ours at Costco with the gel beads. queen $150. Sleeps as well as our pillow top in the house. And we used electric knife to cut the foam for size also.

Congrats on the new rig....looks really nice!

We also added the Costco topper - we have the queen Posturepedic mattress.

Have picked the Lazy Boy recliners - I think the Avanti was the style. Waiting for a good sale, maybe Father's Day.

Happy Trails!

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions! We will probably try a mattress topper first and if that doesn't do the job, try a different (read "better") mattress. This one was apparently produced by the Keystone mattress factory according to the printing on the mattress itself HAHA!
The current recliners are adequate for now, so we will continue doing our usual internet research, but also do appreciate the personal experiences and advice of forum members too!
Additional list of mods I'm considering:
Slide toppers
Goodyear G614s
2- 6 volt batteries w/solar
MorRyde XFactor
Progressive Industries HW50C EMS
Probably other stuff as time goes by...

Great idea (electric knife)! Gotta love Costco...

Congratulations on the new-to-you Montana. It looks to be in great shape. Best of luck with it. I can't help you with the interior refinements you're looking for. Debbie worries about all that. If I'm tired, I'll sleep on a bed of nails. She has made some additions to make things more comfy, but I couldn't tell you what they are. It's all the same to me. Happy travels!

We bought a mattress topper at Costco and I used my electric kitchen knife to trim it and make rounded corners. Worked perfectly!
