water leak

I have a 2013 3900 front bathroom and have a leak that I believe to be coming from underneath the shower. At this point I think that it is from the cold water line or connection. Any one had a similar problem and have any ideas on how to access the area. Our carpet under the street side sink and along the closet is wet.

Mike, You don't say what year your 3900 is but I'm assuming a 2013 or 2014 and if I am correct, your unit is still under warranty and you need to return it to your dealer and have them take care of it. I would first contact Keystone Customer Service and let them know what is happening and they will open a file on your problem and more than likely tell you to contact your dealer about it. Let us know what the outcome is!

Depending on where it's located in your model rig, you may have a failed back flow preventor on the black tank flush. It's pretty common on our older rigs.

The OEM shower drain was one of the first things replaced in our 06 3400 it leaked like a sieve. Our dealer sold Winnebago's and put a drain in from one of those. Never a leak. We keep a eye on this 13 Big sky but it has not caused a problem thus far.
