crank out window problem

2014 Montana 3725RL.Had two windows where the wheels at the end of the arms came out of the tracks in the window frame. It looks like the wheels have to go in at the far end ot the track but the arms the wheel are attached to will not extend far enough to do that. Looking for anyone who can shed some light on this problem.

Our crank out windows haven't done that yet. Our rear (left) lower emergency window broke. The push out handle broke off where it attaches to the window. Since we are on the road another month I had to drill holes and use wire ties to secure it closed. Called Keystone Service and had them document it. There have been others having issues with these "new and improved" frameless windows.

I just had the wheels pop out of the track on one of our Windows as well. It looks like the flat top of one wheel is totally broken off while the other iis still ok. Any tips on getting these back in their track and also how easy are they to replace? just starting a week long trip too so ii need a way to get it latched or it'll be duct tape holding it closed.

We had them pop out on our stairwell window this weekend. Hubby is asleep or I'd ask him how he fixed it. I know it involved drilling out some rivets then putting those little wheels back in the track and then putting new rivets in the window frame. It was a quick fix. I'll give a better response tomorrow.

One of the rear windows on our 310RET did that on one of our first trips. Thought we had checked all the windows on the PDI. Had to drill out the rivits to get the wheels back in the tracks. We were fortunate enough to be camping on a friends farm. He had replacement rivits and rivit gun. Otherwise we would have had to tape it. I documented and took photos, reported it to Keystone and brought it up to the service tech at the last rally.

We had same problem 2015 3610rl right rear window. Drill out rivets, slide wheels in track. Rivet to secure. Rivet guns are cheap at hardware stores (Canadian tire,Home Depot,Lowes etc).

Thanks. That is what I was afraid would need done. Time to order a replacement due to the broken wheel and find/buy a rivet gun.
