Congratulations - what fun!

Just remember that you probably won't remember most of what you are supposed to look at because you'll be too excited about the cool stuff. You can always go over it again.

I tried to get the Dealer to do a lot of preventative things that I read on the MOC, such as tighten wires, fix the tape on the slides, etc and basically they said its under warranty and to call them if its broke!

They did follow me around and repaired stuff as I found it, but nothing that I would consider a pro-active preventative action like tightening the wires in the panel. I spent a couple of winter months (weekends) going through it with a fine tooth comb and adding goodies, and ultimately I have had very few of the problems.......I'm look for some wood to knock on!

Congratulations and don't worry about that PDI just enjoy her. This is our second Montana and we didn't do a PDI with either one and have had a blast with both.

We just know you are excited. We are on our third Montana and with each one it was the same giddy feeling on delivery day! Enjoy your new "wheel estate".

Kevin, Sounds to me like you got your "S" together. Use the PDI with one of the dealers service techs accompanying you. This way he can answer any questions AND make any minor repairs at the same time. A salesperson won't be much help in the repairs end.

Depending on your dates, maybe we will see you at Black Lake next year.

Just remember your in charge until you sign the paper work. However in most cases they will want you to sign first. Also you can push a little but no when to back off a little. But once you pull her off the lot its a different ball game. Good Luck.... And we know the excitement and all the WOW's, take you time its fun. GBY...

We also picked up our new 3400 in Grantville on Sunday...couldn't be more excited!!
Everything went very smoothly and we also received a new mat and 2 chairs we weren't expecting! Now if we could just quit those pesky jobs and get on the road!!
