Thousand Trails Membership

We are at the point where we are beginning to downsize the amount of traveling we have been doing. Accordingly, we are putting our Thousand Trails/NACO membership up for sale. We are asking $1000 and buyer pays the transfer fee (believe it is $700 right now). This is a $5000 membership which allows members to be in a TT/NACO park for 14 days and then must be out for seven (7) days. There is no limit to number of days/nights other than that. We just paid the 2010 annual maintenance fee of $487.00.

Orv, Sorry to see you will be leaving "The System". Was looking forward to seeing you in one of the preserves sooner or later. Hopefully we will see you somewhere else.

BTW: That is a great price for someone looking for a membership. Most folks ask $2k plus the transfer fee. Hopefully someone will jump on it soon.

Also, I believe this can be upgraded to the 3 weeks in and no time out between parks membership (for an additional fee, of course).
