propane change over valve
A few days ago I needed to check to propane level in a tank. I opened the other tank and turned the auto change over valve to the proper tank. I then secured the propane valve on the tank I wanted to check. After I disconnected the hose I thought I could hear propane blowing out from something. I pulled the bottle out and it was sealed fine. Then I found there was a slight flow of gas out of the disconnected hose. The flow remained constant for a couple minutes until I reconnected the hose to the tank.
My question is, should there be a flow of propane through that hose with the change over valve lined up correctly?
There was propane in the tank I checked. The auto crossover had not actuated at the time. It did function properly a couple weeks prior to that.
Thanks,
