installing camera-stuck at front compartment

i have all the wiring up to the battery compartment.Now i have to figure a way to get it to the king pin.I see their are screws that hold the figerglass right behind the king pin.has any one taken them off?To let that peice of fiberglass come down.It looks like it will be the only way to feed the wire to the king pin.Any ideas???thanks for your help
