Montana vs Cardinal

The house is for sale. I have 20mos to retire. When we sell the house we will buy the fiver. We have looked at many, and Montana in my opinion gives the best bang for my buck, but Cardinal has also caught my attention. Can anyone give me any "disqualification information" about Cardinal vs Montana?
Thank you
