Flag Pole

Need a flag pole for the RV. Want to attach it to the rear ladder. Question, somewhere I read that a aluminum flag pole was like having a lightning rod. So what do you use fiberglass or aluminum.

We have the 22' flag pole from http://flagpolebuddy.com/

We love it. Very easy to use. Very responsive to inquiries and customer service.

We picked one up at Flag Buddy's distribution center near San Diego this spring. Nice people to work with.

Yep, Flagpolebuddy for us too. Got the 22 foot fiberglass pole. Really easy to use/assemble/put up, and very sturdy. Had two flags flying on it in 30 plus MPH winds, and it didn't move much at all. They've got some really neat stuff for the poles too, including all sorts of different flags, as well as a whole bunch of different lighting for it. You can just go crazy (and drive the neighbors nuts) with all the options. Great folks to work with too. AND, made in the USA! Had a piece of Chinese junk Harbor Freight aluminum one for one year, it broke, so got the FPB. Glad I did.

Another flagpole buddy owner. Picked up at RV show for a decent price. I use it for an antenna mast when I want to play on the radio.

Flagpole buddy fiberglass and love it! We always put it up and our son uses it to locate our rig when he is out riding his bike. We gout ours at Quartzsite

We have a 22 ft fiberglas one that I fly a full size Texas flag off of, one of the 5x9 foot flags and it does fine even in Texas wind...
