In a mess

3791RD...I have been running into a issue with having to run my sewer hose up and down inclines. I have not been able to come up with a full prove lay out. Can anyone give me suggestions or ideas you have used.?

I use one of the collapsible sloped sewer hose supports and has always been enough. But I know some use one or more sections of house rain gutter to support the hose on a slope to the drain.

I haven't had a need for anything else but an assortment of standard drain hose, but some have used a macerator pump and small hose that can pump waste up hill. This might be just what you need: https://www.amazon.com/Clean-Dump-CD...macerator+pump

Hey Bob, that's a pricey little gadget. What exactly does it do? Correct me if I'm wrong but when I have a boat load of family over to the S&B and some stay in the 5r, I simply can shoot the s*** over to the septic system to dump my Black tank?? Is that the drill?

You want to be careful with doing that. The mascerator grinds up everything and ejects it, if deposited into a standard septic tank and drainfield, the solids can remain in suspension and enter your drainfield (not good).

We park 'backwards' on the site where we spend much of the summer which means the hose needs to either go around the front (40-50') or underneath (25'). The only thing that works well is a macerator and a minimum 3/4" hose. I have used the adjoining site dump but there is a 100% full time seasonal there now.

A Flo-Jet macerator will cost a couple hundred bucks (cheaper elsewhere then Amazon) and a good 3/4" hose** that is fairly flexible is 30-50 bucks plus a dedicated wiring circuit will be another few - so not cheap but it works well. The downside of these is that they tend to be noisy which means the 0600 departure requires a tank dump the night before or risk your neighbors wrath. When we travel, I usually stay with using a 'slinky'(a good green version)

**Don't even consider a 20 buck Harbor Freight hose. I've seen PEX tubing that is more flexible

I made some sewer hose supports out of 1/2" pvc pipe. Kinda like a little stand with uprights out of a tee. Cut different length of pieces for the uprights so I can adjust to different levels.....kinda like little saddles and use plastic rain gutter which fits in the saddles and the sewer hose fits in-between the saddles You really do not have to glue anything together. When ready to leave...just pull them apart and toss them in a plastic bag or plastic box.

I carry 2 20ft sections of sewer hose in my 5x5 tubes I put on the rig. In the second tube I have 40ft of vinyl gutter(symmetrical) that I use in conjunction with the Lynx Levelers I still carry...They have more than one use.
