320 series Dometic toilet

I have a 2014 Montana mountaineer I was just wondering if anybody has ever switched up and put a 320 series in the Rig. Any input would be appreciated

Specifying the RV's year and model will help getting the correct answer.

You'll need to measure. On our 3665RE the 320 was too long, but the 310 was perfect.

I have a 2013 Mountaineer model 362. I installed a Dometic 320 and it dropped right in. I added a shutoff valve and used a stick/brick flexible metal connector to attach water line. Used pex shark bite connector. Was easy and works great.
And if memory serves, the website has a diagram that shows dimensions in every direction, so you can figure out if it will fit.

I did almost exactly as Twindman but didn't use flexible tubing. I used hard pex. My rig 2013 Mountaineer 358 RLT. The fit was perfect and we love it.

Assume from the above you've made the exchange. For those who haven't, it's relatively easy to do. I replaced mine before having problems with the Thetford, as many do. It's much easier replacing the toilet in an RV than it is a residential toilet. The 320 Dometic's are longer (22 inches) Thetford's (19 inches), largely because the 320 is oval in shape. That rarely creates sufficient intrusion into the walking area, because 2 inches are added to the rear of the toilet, only one inch to the front. The floor bolts attaching your toilet are industry standard 12 inches from the wall. The Thetford toilet normally sits farther from the wall, (unused inefficient space). Just another reason why I don't like them.
