Dump valve
Has anyone moved the sewer dump connection from under the kitchen slide? A lot of times, the night before pulling out, I will tear down and put things away getting ready to go and the sewer stuff is a problem. I was looking at it and looks like it could be moved without any real issues. Wondering what the thoughts are out there. Thanks

Not sure I would move but I might put a second valve where you want it. I did put a master valve on the 3" discharge.
Good luck

Maybe Noneck will jump in here! He changed the valve setup on his kitchen dump and put a different valve on it. He sent me pictures and if he doesn' chime in let me know and I can email them to you!

Move the valve, or move the remote handle?
I would opt for moving the remote handle somehow. If you move the actual valve downstream, you will have water standing in the pipe outside of the insulated belly, exposing it to possible freezing in cold weather. I don't have to worry about it though, on my 3605RL the galley handle is in front of the wheels, and is accessible with the slides in or out. Keystone really dropped the ball on the galley dump handle on some of the other models, in my opinion.

On my 2980rl 2004 putting a aditional valve on the galley I think would be a easy job it looks like the line is at least 1 1/2 inch line it angles down to the 3 inch line where it connects I believe another valve could be inserted there instead of craling under the slide when I want to dumb it I could reach down and pull the gally (new) open . I have been looking at this for a long time soon I'll make a dicision to do it.

Ahhh, yes...so I did move the handle with a "Cable actuated" assembly. Basically, you replace the current valve with one that has a cable that allows you to put the handle in a new location within reason.
It was a messy job for me...draining tank can never be enough...but now its done and I just reach under the aft end of my long slide to drain galley....verses before, one would have to crawl under to pull handle between tires!
Since the valve remains in the same location no concerns for impacting the "Arctic" feature as this is all retained.

My question is with the main valve. The one you hook up the sewer hose to. This connection is in front of the wheels under the kitchen slide. It looks like it could be moved about 2 feet forward without any problems.

On our 3280RL, I used the awning handle to open and close that valve. It turned out to be a lot easier that way, not having to crawl under the slide when open.

We did both.
First, we put an electric valve in for the galley tank because the $110 for the valve was cheaper than the shirts I was ruining by getting grease on them!!
And, for the discharge valve, we did this:
