Water Leak

water is NOT draining from the black tank but is leaking from the large round pipe in the middle of the trailer. Anyone know what is going on???????????

are you trying to empty the black tank? are you pulling the wrong drain valve? you don't want your black tank open all the time so it will empty correct. or is your grey or galley tank overfilled?

How deep into the trailer is the place where the pipe is leaking.

It is near the front of the RV near the middle and is not covered with the undercover.

Is it in a joint or is it in the pipe it self? Picture of the leak would be worth a thousand words.Is there valve at the end of the pipe? Need a little more info to answer your question.

It could be water following the pipe down then dripping off, that would be my guess. You really need to get under there, dry off the pipe up to the point where it is leaking from. Could be the tank. Sorry, it is not easier.
