You are not alone. This was my fix, and like you, I still cannot keep anything tight on that same place near your tires. Before the rest of the metal and Chloroplast break out, add extra large washers under EVERY screw. I've done this to everything under the camper. Also, that yellow stuff is is liquid nails. I never wanted that stuff to fall again while on the road!

May want to run a piece of aluminum angle iron from side to side to help support the weight of the panel. Connectors around the outside edge are taking all the vibration causing the elongated holes. You could put a piece of weatherstripping on the edge in contact with the bracing.

Your wheel wells should have plastic barriers forward and aft in both sides. I added gorilla tape to help water proof them. Keeps water spray from the wheels getting under the rig.

I had a lot of this kind of problems with my Mountaineer - at the very rear of the unit. Caused by welds breaking right above the fenders and in front of the back. About 3 feet from the back. The whole rear wall slipped backwards also about 2 inches one time and after 'fixing' 2 years later it slipped about 1 inch. So those fenders had no where to attach at the very rear of the rig.

Ductchmansport, what size screws did you use for the coroplast? The nails/staples they used appear to be #12 size.

I've had the same problem, mostly to the rear of the axles. Our rig is old enough that they used #14 X 1" TEK screws, so that is what I've used with large fender washers. Don't over tighten the screws so the metal can float, otherwise the metal will tear.
