Finally
It is most likely posted here somewhere, but I can't find it. So here we go. The DW and I are finally ready to snowbird. We have several CG's that we are considering. Up until now we have used the Monty on a weekly/monthly basis. on a month off for maybe 2, back in again for a couple of weeks then back home. Now we are ready to go to Florida for 5-6 months of the year. My question is how do most of you longtimers handle your mail? And on your bills did you go paperless and pay online? I don't really trust the security of WiFi, but I may just be paranoid. Thanks in advance for your help.

We are full timers and totally paperless and use our own secure hotspot. Has worked flawlessly for almost 6 years. Enjoy your new lifestyle.....we certainly do!

We are full timers and also have a MIFI for security purposes, although an I-phone would work just as well. We're paperless on all of our bills and utilize DakotaPost for our mail. We are also official residents of SD.

All bills are paid on line, mail service is with Escapee's in Livingston, TX and since we spend a good deal of time in Kansas and New Mexico we have PO boxes in the towns near where we stay.

When we were full time we spent anywhere from 3 to 4 months in Florida and the rest of the time traveling. We started changing over everything we could to on-line paperless a few months prior to selling the house. Instead of using a mail service we used our oldest son's address and he forwarded a packet of mail to us every once and awhile.
We used a Verizon MiFi for our internet and always had good service. When available, and not doing bills or banking, we would use available free wifi. However we were always careful to only use our MiFi when doing financial stuff on-line. Never had any type of security breach.
