Remove both of the outer vent doors and look over the rear of the unit really well around the RH side facing the rear of the fridge. That's where the heater flue is. Look up at the RH top of the outside compartment that the fridge sits in for darkening of the ceiling paneling. Look for anything laying up against the flue top to bottom as in wiring or baffling. Perhaps the condensate drain tube is drawing the smell inside the fridge. Other than that or a leaking door seal, I don't know of a way any outside orders can get inside.
Check the interior light as well.
