TABLE CLOTHS/COVERS
I am looking for suggestion on what to use for Table Cloths or Table Covers for the food tables. Remember I am trying to keep it minimal costs. So I am not looking for someone to eat that expense.
Does anyone have suggestions?

John-- Not going to be at your rally but how about using newpapers and tape or thumbtacks if the tables are wood! Several layers will absorb almost anything and real easy to roll up and toss in the trash can!! Just have everyone stop and pick upp a local paper on the way to the rally or pick some up at the Kwik Shop that day! Might even be able to read the latest and be informed for discussion time! LOL Just a suggestion!

John,
We have about 8 disposal tableclothes if you do not mind pastel color.

I would dare to say that Dollar General or Family Dollar have some really cheap light plastic picnic table clothes.

John, recommend everyone have at least one spare in their Montana that could be used for the group meals or as Jay Bird indicated, the disposables are good and strong as well.
Let's just code Table Cloths as a GE (group effort) on our list of stuff to bring. I really believe everyone would not mind bringing something or getting something to use for the Rally group. These really are some very nice people. Dennis
