A 9' rug will fit into an 8' tube if you cut a foot off the end of the rug. Sorry, couldn't resist!!!

I imagine 8-feet of the rug will go in the tube - I have a feeling I already know where the other foot needs to go Garyka!

Sorry, couldn't resist either.

Now boys, the rug probably could be folded, using an 8" tube and fit just fine.

Need to roll it up and measure, ours is 8X12 and is 10" when we roll it.

Heah hubby says I can pack more into a space that was meant to hold only half of the stuff I manage to put in there. It took a 30 yd dumpster to just throw away the stuff that didn't go into the garage sale when we down sized.

For real I would think that you could roll it up into a small bundle and then shove it into the tube if the material is flexible.

Ours folds in to a 2' x 2' sq and is 3" high when all folded , what with the big tube as its stoping air under the rig and 1' dticks out anyway

We fold ours up and put it in a 30 gal black plastic garbage bag, and put in our storage.
