Cool Montana Cost

Wife and I just purchased a 2017 3730FL, loaded. We had special circumstances and got it for less, but were told it could sell around $71k. Dealership claimed MSRP (if there really is one) was about $91k.

List at CW for 3950BR was very near 100K. Sales price was 63K. The new front kitchen was listed at ~105K and sale price was listed as 65K.

Viper,
The 2016's 3820FK listed for $65K standard & 70K for the Legacy at RV shows. The chassis for 2017 was used for 3 similar floor plans and they jacked those base prices up by $7K. I added $7K for the installation and purchase of an Onam generator. They sold the unit to us at the RV show price a month later without any issues. I knew which unit was at the show, so I avoided that one at all cost and they ordered the one we wanted. So comparatively we got our unit around the same price, it's probably those California Taxes that did you in.

Dusters,

We got "every" add on that we could get including the Onan Gen and Legacy package and the best Moreryde suspension etc., and we went with the dealer closest to us, even though we could get a better price than we got from a dealer in Portland, Oregon, because we wanted some loyalty, when it came time for servicing the Monty. We bought at Sierra RV in Reno, NV I still think the 89k we paid is too low for this type of unit, considering I have about 130k in my Viper, and it only seats two people, and does not have a shower or toilet? :-)

PM me if you would like the price I just paid for a 2017 3710. I did better than the price you are talking about in Canadian dollars. A GD with a similar design (374) was $10k more.

Got our Montana at Lakeshore RV in Michigan, gave us a great price. He had three Montanas in stock, the floor plan we wanted, but the bride wanted different color rug, & couch, also wanted a fantastic fan in place of the bedroom A/C, no problem they ordered another unit the way we wanted. They have 4 cement pads on the property with 50amp & water where we stayed for 4 days at no charge, just to check out the unit.
