Front panel chips and LINX

Our front panel suffered many bad paint chips as a result we had it protected with LINX. It has been on for over 2 K miles and up until our 1100 mile trip to Our Florida winter site had suffered zero visible chips. Examination this morning shows we took 6 hits none of the hits broke through the outer coating they appear as what I will call skid marks no damage done.

It is my opinion that we received a defective paint job on this Big Sky as many here report few or no paint chips. If paint chips are not a problem do not waste the money as the LINX application cost us 850.00 however for us it was $$$ well spent.

That is a very high quality product. Works very well for truck beds, I think that will take care of any chipping problem.
