Keystone brags that the underflooring is 5/8 floordecking. I just moved my cargo slide from my old unit to the new one in cargo area, and had to drill holes for anchor bolts, and 5/8 depth seemed about right. Certainly at least 1/2. I also was not sure where tanks were, so carefully drilled each hole stopping as soon as I broke the bottom surface of the flooring. Ran a coat hanger down the hole to insure nothing there. Ran eight holes, and never hit anything. Expected to hit a frame member but was lucky. I would think you would be OK as long as careful. 5/8 screws would not be flush to the floor anyway because of the frame of the reel.
