Air mattress

Our air mattress in our 3400 has failed for the last time. After numerous patches it is time for a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer and they won't sell directly, must go through a distributor. Has anyone replaced theirs?

I've read here that others just buy any air mattress that fits on there. I have patched mine 4 times in 2 years. When I run out of patch material, which won't be long at this rate, I'll buy a new air mattress locally.

With our old unit, we bought a quality air mattress, bit more expensive, kept in in a carry bag, and pulled it out when needed. Sat right on top of the bed.

Just measure it and buy one from Cabela's or Bass Pro Shop that's made to last.

I bought one at Target for very little money and bought the pump for it. Used it several times and it is great. Very comfortable. When it goes flat, ill buy another one.

I have a 2014 Montana and used the mattress for the first time and it had a hole in it. The dealer not sure if covered by warranty. We take it in next week and they will let us know. We had a air mattress in our Heartland for 5 years and had no problems. I hope they stand behind their product.

We dumped (no pun intended) the air mattress and purchased a queen size memory foam mattress from WalMart. Our son likes it much better. We roll it up, strap it, and store it on our bed during the day (makes a nice backrest) and bring it out at night. Good reviews. We purchased the twin size for the two beds in our TV. Here is a link:

We ordered the exact replacement mattress last year from Flair, who makes these sofas. For the full size air mattress, about $100. https://www.flairoutlet.com
