I am surrounded

I have Montana's on all sides. We are in Horse Thief Campground and RV Resort in Hill City, SD and we have Montana's all around us in the park.

I met AL who is next to me on my right but have not met any others. I should have put out my Montana sign but have been so busy each day sight seeing.

Internet here is terrible, I have an air card and only get on now and then.

This area is beautiful, need more than 9 days to see it. Guess we just have to come back again.

We are leaving tomorrow morning heading for Devils Tower.

Did you take the tour I told you about yet, and if so what did you think of it.

DHenry, We lived in Rapid City for 9 years and still didn't see it all. We moved back to Ind. 23 years ago. We go back occasionally. Still have friends there. Enjoy the black Hills.

Doug,

We are in Elk Creek Resort in Piedmont. Will be here until August 5 and then we head for the Bighorn mts and Utah. We are also on a Cellular fringe but our MIFI card is working pretty good for us.

We went to Devil's Tower 2 years ago with our granddaughter and then on to the Little Bighorn Battlefield. That was well worth stopping for. If you have time, take the self-guided tour through Custer's Last Stand.

See ya down the road,

Speaking of Montanas on all sides, we have seen Montanas virtually everywhere (on the road and at our campgrounds) on our trip north from Florida, most recently on I81 north through Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania...almost like family on the road!
