RV Parks Goodyear,AZ
No.3 son being transferred to Luke Air Force Base. We may want to winter close to the base this winter. I have found Cotton Lane and Pioneer RV resorts. Cotton Lane has a good on line description, Pioneer does not. Wife has to have a pool. I need a few comments on these parks and any other parks in the area.

We always stay at Destiny RV Park in Goodyear, it is about a mile from Cotton Lane. More trees, for us just a nicer park. Just left there Tue. morning.

A little ways out, but this park, (Saddle Mountain RV Park) is the best we have ever seen, just signed up for next year. Love it here. ($295.00 Mo.) not bad either..

While you're still there Ozz, we've seen you post of your adventures around the area, and I thought you had posted some pictures of Saddle Mountain RV Park. If not, would you do that? You do rave about the park, which is great, but some pictures would be nice since you're so good at doing this.

You bet my friend, I will dig some up.
I would like to have a rally here next year, I would do a guided tour of the area, we could convoy over to Saddle Mountain..about 4 miles away and have a big picnic, they have great history on the mountain Petroglyph's higher up, and wildlife all over. I was up on the side of the mountain, Sue saw a Big Horn Ram, just 100' or so from me, but I was so far away from her, she couldn't tell me until I got down.

OZZ, thanks for the info on Saddle Mountain. Looks Good. Price is Right. I called them for a little more info. I see by some people who stayed there a few years ago that they had some power surge problems at some of the sites do you know if they fixed that problem?

All the electrical is as new as the park, which is not that old.
Now I did have a bad breaker, but it failed as an open circuit. Changed it and all is good.
Haven't heard of any problems from the people we have met.
