2011 3750FL Problems

I know this has been addressed before somewhere on the forum but a search couldn't locate the discussion(s). I have 2 issues. For the 1st time, I set up the bed in the living room and the air mattress is far too big. I understand this is a common problem. How was your air mattress problem solved. I'm headed south in 2 weeks so dealing with the local folks isn't an option and I'll need the mattress over Christmas. The 2nd issue is the couch itself that the mattress sits on. It isn't secured to the slide floor so since there's nothing to support it when the back is folded over to make a bed, it rocks and rolls, etc. HELP!

You have the wrong size mattress. Go to this link and contact them and they will send you a new one and a UPS label to send the old one back.http://www.flairinteriors.com/sleep/sleep.html

Under the two top, outer pillows, there are a pair of folding legs that need to be extended when using the bed.

Good luck,
Joe

Flair Interiors were wonderful folks to deal with. They understood the problem and without any further discussion are sending the correct size (54") to me via UPS today! Now that's service! Thanks Captain Joe for offering a quick and correct solution to my problem. The MOC network scores again!

Glad to hear that you got the same great service that I did, as well. They are fantastic. Thanks for the feedback.
