Landstuhl is the medical facility in Germany where the seriously wounded are flown.
Most of these soldiers arrive with only the clothing they were wearing when they were wounded.
Donations are used to buy them the essentials they need while undergoing treatment. Unfortunately they only receive about $125 towards clothing and personal items so have to rely on donations to provide them with anything else.
