Replacing the black water tank sprayer

Has anyone found an easy way to replace the sprayer?? I finally located the sprayer. Now for remove and replace, I tried several differnt tools to take the screws out and failed. Finally resorted to drilling three holes through the I-beam and being able to use a screwdriver much easier. I ordered the sprayer, now I am ready. Also, in looking at the hose just before the sprayer, I noticed black particles in the clear tube? Anyone have any idea where they are from and what they might be? I hope new holes of the sprayer line up with old.
