Hole in Bathroom Floor

I recently purchased a used 2019 Montana. There is a hole next to the toilet in the bathroom. The previous owner did not know what it was for, and Keystone says they don't know. I'm not sure if this is something the dealer added after market. Any ideas? I attached a photo for reference.

That's a floor vent from the furnace. It should have a vent cover on it.
This is the 2" vent cover. Measure yours for the correct size.

Turn on the furnace, if you don't feel air coming out the vent hose probably fell off in the basement. Easy fix.

In mine there is an HVAC vent in that location. It has a grate over it, but the dimensions look similar.

Cut your furnace on. If hot air comes out of it you have your answer.

Definitely is the furnace duct where someone has removed the rotating deflector.

Heat duct for bathroom. Go to your dealer and get a cover for it, they can get them.

This is what our 2019 looks like. Only hot air from propane furnace.
