Is something else missing?

I can't seem to edit my own posts any more. There seems to be several missing icons. Is it just me, or has the Forum changed?

OntMont, everything seems to be in order and working on mine. As I'm not a computer guy, I can't offer any suggestions. Sorry.

On Edit - Yes this also works.

Ok, thanks Stiles and Lonnie. I guess I'll look closer to home for a solution. I'm using Firefox, wonder what will happen if I revert to Explorer?

On edit: Interesting! Everything is normal in Explorer. I guess I'll just wait and see if things revert back to normal in FF.

I believe the forum here is not Firefox friendly. Firefox has much more security built in than IE does and I think some things get blocked. I know some say they have no issues with Firefox and this site, but I have found that not to be the case. Even a fresh install of Firefox and posting here leads to timeouts for me - and on various machines and networks too.
I have all but given up using Firefox at this forum and now use either Opera or IE for posting.

Onmont,

My response was from Firefox. I have been using Mozilla for a couple of years without appreciable difficulties unless I am doing something involving MSN. They do a good job of sabotaging the competition which is why I went to Firefox in the beginning. Since Microsoft seems to be a formidable target of virus attacts, Firefox is a little less vulnerable.

There have been no Forum changes recently. All the things you mention as problems are working fine on my system. Sometimes things will show a bit slowly but so far they all come up. You might try checking to see if you have enough memory in your system. I constantly have to purge all the old stuff on my system or it won't work properly.

Good luck.

Firefox works fine for me and all the icons are there. You may have to tell Firefox to accept cookies from montanaadministrator.forumco.com if you have cookies disabled. Firefox is protecting you so you have to tell it cookies are ok from this site.

I checked my cookie settings, they seem right. montanaadministrator.forumco.com is shown on the cookie list. IE is working OK. I have used FF for a long time without any problem. ---'tis a puzzlement.

Since installing Firefox 2.0 final, I am finding it works here much better now.
