HC 375FL Heat Pump questions

Hi all. New member here. We have a 2018 HC 375FL that we had delivered in December. The trailer has two AC units. One has the heat pump option and the other is an AC only unit. I was using the 5th wheel this weekend and I had the heat pump running on the living room unit. (The bedroom unit is the AC only).

With the unit in heat pump mode I noticed that no air was coming out of the roof vents in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen areas were very comfortable but the bedroom was not getting any air. I was under the impression that the vents were all ducted together and the heat pump (main AC unit) should have provided some air to the bedroom?

Am I wrong on this? Short term I solved the problem by using a space heater in the bedroom but still thinking the vents should have air flow.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

My bedroom vents are fed by the HP but not near as much air comes out as in the rear.

Same here. The ceiling vents in the rear put out good warm air. The bedroom ceiling vents have some warm air but not as much volume as the back.

Thank you for the replies. One thing to note: I had the fan set to auto. I did not think to try it on high. Will do that the next time I am at the trailer and see if it makes any difference in the bedroom.

We have a 2018.5 HC. Our heat pump is about 4 feet from the back of the trailer and we get great air flow in the bedroom from it. This trailer is 40 feet long and the air flow we get is much more than we got in the bedroom of our 37 foot SOB we just traded. No complaints from here. I would recommend having the dealer check it out. You might have some ductwork disconnected somewhere
