That is great you were allowed to poke around the coach and get a look. I cannot imagine that Keystone would send a unit without dvd/cd player. If you have surround sound that works through the tv, then you are a lucky one. Most of the Quest units in the Montana's do not play through the tv, just a dvd or cd. Congrats on your new coach...
