Smile In Command Body Control Module

HI have a 2017 Montana with the in Command control. My take levels will not indicate status. I looked that the specs on the body control module. The supply of 7 VDC to the sensors is at zero value. This means the sensors can't send back a voltage for the system to interpret. Any ideas's why the primary power to from the BCM is zero and not 7 VDC? I can't find any information on this on-line. Thanks John from MN

When I have trouble with my BCM I pull the fuse for it an let it restart. You might try that first.
