Montana Legacy package owners

I purchased a 2016 Montana 3160rl with the legacy package and have a question about the heated floor. I was under the assumption that the whole upper level was heated but it only seem to be one small area in front of the vanity and tub that actually gets hot. Is this the way it should be or is something wrong? If so, how could this be repaired?

On our 2015 3790RD, the floor in front of the vanity-shower got warm and also a strip the same width of the vanity got warm in the bedroom on the bathroom side. I really couldn't tell if it had got warm on the the closet side as our large dog was sleeping there. I only had it turned on for 1-1.5 hours to try it out. I was also under the impression of the whole upper floor was supposed to be heated.

Welcome to a bit of overly optimistic advertising on Keystones part. Yes that heated bedroom floor was a selling point from me to my wife. That did not actually occur as I sleep on the side that has the little tiny square of heated floor. Unfortunately in the bathroom the heated section is not even in front of the mirror but right against the shower. Sounded great in the brochure but in reality it is really a joke. It also takes quite a while of being on for the heat to work its way through the carpet in the bedroom. Probably the biggest thing that I got taken in buying our unit. The other interesting thing is no speakers for the stereo inside the unit unless you are plugged in to a pedestal or using the generator.

Dam Worker. I have never tried the stereo without being plugged in but when I think about what you said, there are no speakers in our trailer except for the sound bar which needs power.

In our Legacy Edition the bathroom floor gets nice and toasty and on the other side of the wall you can feel the heat trough the bedroom rug. Its ok. We didn't buy the trailer for the heated floors so its a non issue to us.

it's funny but I don't have the legacy, just a high country and this weekend I had the furnace going and noticed the bathroom floor was toasty warm. I think it was generating up from the heated basement storage, which is directly underneath the bathroom, but it worked great as a bonus feature on mine.

Tony my guess is the heater ductwork goes right under your bathroom floor. I assume you have a heat register also in there. I like warm floors on my bare feet. :-).
