The migration has begun!

We were headed down to Georgia and were on I-25 southbound and I'll bet we saw at least 200 RVs headed north! About 3/4 were fivers and about half of them were Montanas. Welcome back to the cold country folks! Kind of sounds like you may have come back about a week or two early considering the weather in the Dakotas and it's headed East! Want to head back down here to Georgia for a little R&R to try and get used to the change?

We're leaving our job in sunny Yuma tomorrow, but won't be out of AZ for another week after that, then New Mexico, the Oklahoma and then finally Kansas. Hopefully by the first of May it's warmed up for us to enjoy tornado season

Yep, I spotted several 5ers, both Montanas and SOBs, and not a few motor homes hitting the road here today. Making there way over to I75 for the long trip north. We'll soon be sweating up a storm here...

On my walk through the RV park this morning I counted 21 park models closed up with the storm shutters down and at least 7 or 8 empty slabs where fivers and class A's have pulled out. Put the Rock Tamers on today, doing a little bit each day to get ready. We will join the migration north come Saturday.

Interstate 5 North bound between Sacramento and Redding was extremely heavy Sunday. It felt strange, because we finally got rain and some snow up north. At one point, I had four fivers behind me. All passed me ignoring the 55 mph here. Big ticket and not worth the time you might save! Btw no Montana's, but they all looked adoringly at my setup! Lol

Artemus, you are going to cause an accident with that F450 Platinum! Everyone staring at it when they pass you and then for miles they are daydreaming about trying to buy one themselves......

Thanks, we should turn north before then, but you never know. Thanks again and have a great day!
