Is anyone staying at Slab City this year? How many people are there this year?

the only slab city is in northen wisconsin and i would not go there now as its 13 below and over a foot of snow on the ground john

There is a lot of "local color". We found the slabs to be an interesting place to visit but weren't sure we would be comfortable staying there by ourselves, but that may be an overreaction on our part. If you go be sure to stop and see Salvation Mountain and visit with Leonard the creator. He went to the slabs years ago for a visit, felt a religious calling and never left.
