Check the breaker panel and fuses. If you have a red light flashing on the fuse panel you have a blown fuse. Also check the breakers. At times they will trip but you will not be able to tell it by looking and have to rest them. Those are my suggestions but since I'm no electrician I could be totally wrong. Maybe Jim Fisher will be along and have some suggestions.
