Alaska campsite

we have a nephew who lives in Anchorage, wants to know a good campground near Copper Landing and the Russian River. (they rented an RV) new experience for them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. He wants to be close to the river so he can fish

We've not camped in Cooper Landing, but we used to live very close to there. I looked on Good Sam's website and the Kenai Princess RV Park has great reviews. It's part of Princess Lodges and they do everything extremely well. If I were going to go camping in Cooper Landing that's where I'd stay. Hope they enjoy their trip!

Ditto on the Princess Park. Not sure if my memory is right, but I think you can go up to the resort and use the whirlpool also.
