top secret documents

i swear this is true.......when i called keystone the other day..i'd asked for a copy of my plumbing schematic/diagram, and the tech support (maLe) advised me these blueprints are "top secret" and they do not release these documents. the rep stated i could be a competitor to keystone and use the material. i am still stun

Sounds like the tech is suffering from Cabin Fever! I suspect if you could see the tech you would be able to see his tongue stuck firmly in his cheek! Dennis

I bet he keeps it in the vault right under the electrical schematic/diagrams.

Don't think there is anything Top Secret about them, they just don't have any. Compare units and see if any two are wired the same. Think each assembler has his or her way of doing it with no fixed diagram. Now this might be slightly off, but there is a lot of differences between units.

That's the reason I go on factory tours every year. To get so idea of what the basic plan is. Looking at the different models in various stages of construction I'm with Michelle.
