Norcold 2118 water problem

Have water accumulating at bottom of fridge and on top of veggie and meat bins. Anyone else having same problem? Drain tube is in the cup. Seems as the water is running down the back of fridge from cooling fins instead of dripping in the full length tray across the back. Tray does not seal to the back so seems to go down the back behind the tray. Am I missing something obvious here?

Have the twelve, not the eighteen, but if the tray is well seated against the back...it should be mostly dry below. I say mostly because we sometimes get water below...but most of the time not. One time it was due to an ice dam in our tray. I did notice some gunk in the tube outside, so I cut it off higher up...put another tube over the existing one, then put the anti-bug fitting into the new tube. My gunk plug was from the bug fitting and up to about an inch or so up the tube. John

Red and Bev, we had the same problem. The dealer tried blowing out the drain line, checking gaps, etc. from April to last year's fall rally, every day we had water on the food and floor. During our fifteen minutes with a tech and then service center tour, I asked what we should try next. They had me bring it to the factory. It turned out that the center flap was not closing. It was like leaving the door open. Check that center flapper. Also, the drain lines. Those are the two most likely causes. Let us know how it works out.

Norcold has a fix. Two plastic strips that attach to rear and drip tray. Contact them and they will send them to you

Checked center flap and indeed it is not closing all the way. Only goes about half way. Can pull it the rest of the way but very stiff, looked for some kind of adjustment but can not find anything. rames14--did you happen to get to see how they fixed yours? I called Norcold customer service but no help except "take to a dealer"!! Same thing for strips that KOLCB mentioned. Gave me a part # 637962 and said call dealer for price and availability! No freebie. Have tried searching for the 637962 to see what it is but no luck so far.
