Dining table for Montana

Our 3295 has only a 42 inch long table and is too small to comfortably seat four adults. I am looking for a table with a leaf or extension to add around 12 to 18 inches. Keystone does not offer anything.

Anyone have info? Thank you. PaulVT

We went to the local Keystone dealer who sells Everests. We bought a table from an Everest that had been taken out. It has a very small pull-out leaf and is just a bit longer but the table suited us better because the base, which was not as large as the one in our Montana (made it difficult to comfortably place our feet). We kept our original table and put it in storage.

Maybe Big Sky is different, but the table in our 3670 has an extention. It is about 14". You might check again with another dealer to acertain availability. I think the floor plans in the Montana and the Big Sky are identical and the furniture should be interchangeable.

After posting, I checked out the floor plans for Montana and Big Sky and they are identical for the 3295RK. Big Sky standards call for a drop leaf dining table. I have no doubt but that Keystone will sell you the table.

I would check some of the unfinished furniture stores in town. You might just be able to find a table and matching chairs that would work for you. All you would have to do is place a finishing stain on it, might even be cheaper than Keystone's Big Sky table.

We had to remove the screws that anchored the base of our table in our 3280, so that we could easily get to the rear (refridgerator) when the slides are in. We flip the table when traveling and it rides upside down and rotated 90 degrees so it fits right in the corner of the slideout, out of the way.

An added bonus is that we can MOVE the table away from the wall when we sit down to eat, otherwise it would be REAl cozy for the unlucky ones who get to sit tight against the wall!

We just went down to the local furniture store and bought a table to fit. The table that came in the 3670 has been reserected to become a work table in the rear of the coach.
