Hydraulic levelers and battery disconnect

When the battery disconnect is activated, does the leveler system still work? I would simply go check for myself, but my Montana is sitting 350 miles from here in storage. Thanks.

With out 12 volt the level-up system will not work, It needs 12 volt to run the pump. How ever, it will work if it is plugged into shore power, I think.

My battery disconnect switch does not cut power to the level up system or to some other parasitic items like the gas detector. I dont use the switch. I just disconnect the battery when in storage.

Missfit is correct. If plugged into shore power, your level up will be fully functional.

The reason I ask, is the park where it is stored will pull it out and place it on a pad for me prior to my arrival in my car if I call them first. My trailer is not plugged in while being stored. I left them a key for the access panel for the level-up system, however, I forgot that I threw the disconnect switch before I left, and they don't have a key for my convenience center. Dang me...

Everyone that has an rv has a key to your convenience center. Shouldn't be an issue for your storage. John

On my 2015 3160 the level up will work with the disconnect pulled.

Just throwing this out ... the pump for you levelers and slides draws a boat load of amps especially when it's cold. I'd not make it a habit of running the pump with the battery disconnected ... your converter just isn't made to supply that much amperage. Yeah I know "I've done it before" now you know a little more about it.
On edit ... I'm speaking of those who either pull the battery or have a direct disconnect on a battery cable itself.

On a 2013 model, the key for the basement is owned by almost everyone I believe.

The trailer is not plugged in. The trailer park that moves it to a spot for me would be using battery current only to run the level-up system for moving the trailer...But only if the Level-up works with battery disconnect activated.

My basement keys (Where the convenience center is) are the heavy keys that look absolutely identical to the door and deadbolt. They aren't the little ubiquitous panel keys like open the level-up system panel.

Our 2012 also has the black plastic-headed keys like the main door keys. No "751" keys on our side storage compartment doors or convenience center.
