He still is there. travel bans, continue to snow. WE GIVE UP!!!!! Now on monday it is going to be 50 degrees and RAIN!!!. What else can happen. Hope you don't have floods to deal with next. Glad we're warm in AZ, but praying for those who are suffering.

At the time last year we thought what did we get ourselves into, selling the house in Michigan and moving to Florida. Watching the news and weather now we are thinking, what did we get ourselves out of. I sure don't envy every one on the end of a snow shovel, or snow blower, I still remember that all too well. Everyone in the snow, be careful, your body does not like shoveling that stuff ya know, take care of yourselves. Like I told a couple of my Michigan Friends the other day, "I watched it snow for a while---then changed channels". That's close enough for me. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

You plow it back into Lake Erie so it can dump it back on you in the next storm.

Kind of an endless cycle there.

We don't have to worry about flooding where we are. But I feel sorry for the hamburg, orchard park area where they have 6-7 feet of snow,no where to put it. The only save is that the creeks and lake are not frozen yet so the water will flow

Hope that isn’t an indication of how it’s going to go.

We have friends in Grassie, Ontario, about an hour north of Buffalo. They have only a dusting of snow on the ground there. Not trying to minimize Buffalo's problems, but the old joke says that Buffalo only has two seasons, winter and the 4th of July.

When people in Michigan complain about rain, I remind them they don't have to shovel rain.

Got both A/C's on, 77 degrees, going to 80. There is a reason to go south.

Not if you have to run air conditioners. In that case, I'd say you went too far south.

Alaska has lots of people who retired and moved up there. If it wasn't for our daughter's health, I'd consider it.

Snow is ok, as long as I just have to look at pictures and not walk in it. My toes would get cold in my flip flops

Tom I agree. Got friends in Alaska. They can be out shooting it 11 PM. They tell me the winters aren't as cold as I imagine. It must beautiful place. I would love to see it. Maybe someday.

It's a trip everyone should make at least once in their life.

Our first time was a cruise, and the second trip was driving with our 06 Montana. Both trips were wonderful and worth doing for different reasons. If you can't take the time to drive, then I would recommend one of the cruises that do sea and land. It's an amazing place that I want to go back to.
