Yes. We had a small crack and I repaired with a fiberglass patch, and the the wife put down a shower mat to hide it. There is a previous thread on this forum from someone describing how he replaced the entire pan. If I recall correctly, it was a bit of work, but not hard as long as easy access to plumbing lines. I took the lazy way out.

I like the way 1retired06 thinks and on my old rig is probably what I'd do, but I'd be real concerned that the pan is not being supported correctly and therefore patching it might not be a permanent fix. I have read that the permanent fix is quite involved to ensure replacing or patching the pan will not happen once again.

I'm guessing I found the other job at the factory for the person that installs "scare lights". http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=49256

Nunya You still kicking out there in the desert LOL. I took mine out at home this winter and reworked it. the base is supported with a pc of styrafoam that is sloped to the drain and over time it will give way where you stand and let the base crack. I took mine out and replaced everything from the floor up. Bernie "Icehouse" put pics on here of how he did his thats how I found out how to take it apart. His cracked just like yours and he posted a fix on the bottom if you want to go that far its not that hard if you can get to the drain in the basement. Let me know if I can be of any help.

The unit I patched was our 2005, which I patched 2007. Still holding when we traded for the 2010.
