Microwave/Convection Oven Problems

Our Microwave/Convection oven has stopped working!!! We are just out of warranty -- and we are "on the road" heading to Yuma, Arizona. Anybody have any suggestions as to what we can check ourselves or who to call? Thanks

Julie

What kind of problem. You didn't say what it was or not doing.

We are having problems with our conv/micro too. Fortunately ours is under warranty. One interesting note; Keystone is having Sears service the units rather than replace them now. They are scheduled to be out Wednesday Oct. 5. My bet is the problem will be something simple like a fuse. It would not hurt to inquire at a dealer. They may still cover it under warranty. The worst that could happen is they say no.

Make sure you didn't have low voltage when it quit working, we thought we had a problem but it was the campground power. It would start up and then quit after a few seconds. Next CG it worked fine!

Ditto on the low voltage. We have had other appliances/load on the 5er and the microwave would start and then shutoff after 2-3 seconds. It continues to do this anytime the voltage has dropped a little. As I recall, the voltage was down to about 108 volts. Just reduce some of your load and try again, or check the campground voltage.

No heat at all --- turn table goes around but no heat at all on either Microwave or l/2 time oven.
