I thought the main reason for condensation in ANY DUAL PAIN WINDOW weather home or trailer was the Nitrogin that was put between the two pieces of glass has leaked out, that will cause condensation inside the dead air area. They should be replaced, the manugacture should stand behind there product.

Right you would expect that.. You'll find the companies that make thermal pane (dual pane) windows to be all over the map on warranties. With the house, Anderson offers probably the best and that I believe is 10 years parts (may be mistaken). Seeing the quality of vendors that Keystone uses I wouldn't be surprised to see the warranty is 1/10 of that.

We do not have the dual-pane and we sorely regret that ordering decision. We spend Nov/Dec in a cold area so now resort to installing the home window plastic that you tighten with a hair dryer. That works but is a pain to install each winter. And we can't open windows on a nice day when it's installed. If doing it again, the dual-panes would be a must for us.
