Extended Warranty

cargary Montana Fan Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Portland Posts: 192 M.O.C. #1150	Extended Warranty Has anyone got any advice as to whether a extended warranty is worth the cost? we have been given the opportunity to purchase this coverage and we need to make the decision to or not to by Thursday, May 20, as this is when we pick up our 3400rl. The cost is $1468 for additional 5 years ($293 per year)and covers only the mechanical portion of the unit. Any and all comments would be appreciated. Gary & Carole
