I have half timed for years in temps down to 4 w/o issues. Last winter in my new 3731FL I had the same thing happen the first time the temp dropped to 20. All the plumbing behind the convenience panel froze. When I pulled the access panel to chase down the problem I discovered the factory had neglected to put any insulation between the I beam frame and the outer body panel so it was like having an open window right under all my plumbing. I took some foam out of a pillow and stuffed it in there and in about an hour I was thawed out. Stuck a temp sensor from my indoor/outdoor thermometer in the basement to monitor and the furnace kept it at 60 or above for the rest of the winter. No damage except to the outdoor shower which the dealer replaced in the spring. Also had the dealer pressure test the system to verify nothing was compromised.

I had the same problem earlier this year. Fresh tank wouldn't take on water, so I put some heat in the basement for awhile and it then worked properly. Happened twice. Oddly enough, both times after I had used the tank heater overnight. Second time the same thing happened, and i believed the tank began to fill until i had water pouring out of the coroplast around the tank drain (not through it). Punched a couple of drain holes through the coroplast across the bottom which drained for awhile. Waiting for good weather to try to figure it out. Heated hose now.

We live in our Montana 3921fb and we have had temperatures in the single digits in MD thus far this winter. We have a heated water hose and the tank heaters on when the temps are below freezing. We have skirting around the camper and bump outs and have not any any problems with the fresh water tank freezing. We only run off the fresh water tanks.

We experienced water coming into water pump froze when temps dropped to single digit. Once we ran a small heater in basement with 2 ft clearance to assist furnace - that time no problems. Problem occurred trying to dump - valve froze shut. Luckily we weren't full.

I barely got the dump valve open last time as well Not sure I will again in this cold weather I just can't believe these manufacturers have the gall to call these units "all season" TERRIBLE

If I could show a picture it would be better but went to local remodeling supply (Menards in my case) and bought 4x8 * 1 1/2 " insulation board , a few cement blocks and some wood garden stakes Cut foam sheeting to cover the gap + up the sides about 12" , set blocks behind and stakes on outside to hold in place Also a few straw bales in the front Big difference
Biggest was us cutting foam pipe insulation and filling gaps around slides on insides, top and sides s
This stopped most
Lastly bought roll of alum faced insulation, maybe 1/4" thick and sealed all the gaps ( at least 2 / window ) we have the flush windows and the weatherstripping job from factory was terrible big gaps It would keep our birds, but not bugs, dust, or super cold air
Bottom line every thing we did, we did in stages , and each helped
